Closed Ban cruelty in dog breeding

Please sign to introduce legislation to help prevent the ongoing cruelty caused to puppies/dogs as a result of unscrupulous breeders who ignore known genetic defects in their dogs and continue to breed them causing severe pain and suffering for money. Such known conditions include syringomyelia (common in Cavaliers) and some breeders ignore this and continue breeding and selling puppies who go on to develop excruciatingly painful and life limiting conditions brain conditions.
