Chen Guanming, the man who cycled all of the way from China in a rickshaw over several years to attend the London 2012 Olympic Games. He has achieved a remarkable journey which we, the undersigned, think should be recognised and commended by the Government. This is a remarkable achievement that deserves recognition and a medal of his own.
