To highlight the difficulties Fibromyalgia & M.E sufferers have claiming necessary benefits. Myalgic Encephalomyelitis is a debilitating neurological disease classified since1969 and current research into Fibromyalgia suggests the same. Sufferers have a variability of abilities fluctuating from severe to moderately debilitating to disabling. Activities of Daily Living remain a struggle as exercise tolerance , fatigue and pain are major issues continuously with many more symptoms & associated illnesses.The majority of the time the sufferers are unable to complete basic tasks however may experience a day where tasks are achievable on that day. However this DOES NOT mean they can maintain that task on an everyday basis. We need positive change to make the benefits system aware of FMS & M.E to increase knowledge about these neurological diseases and make consideration in the application for benefits PLEASE SUPPORT THE ILLUMINATION PROJECT BY SIGNING THIS E-PETITION.
