Swinhope Road is located in the Lincolnshire Wold Villiage of Brookenby. The road currently has a 60mph speed limit. Which the residence of Brookenby want reducing to 30mph. Swinhope Road has the villages only 2 school bus stops on, residential homes, no paths and village grass where children play. Recently Donna Sleight age 11 who lives on Swinhope Road was hit by a car, luckily doing only 38mph. She had a 5% chance of survival. She was lucky, she survived. If the car had of been doing just a few mph more she wouldn't have. Reduce the speed limit to 30 before a child is killed. Residence have been campaigning for last 10 years!
