I think gold medal winners should be given prize money, they have to put in enormous amount of time and dedication for there sport yet they recieve very little from winning so I think we should now start giving gold winning medalists prize money similar to other countries, even the USA give £15k to a winner so why cant we celebrate there sucess with money as well?
