Improve the layout of this site by extending the instruction "Search for an e-petition to sign" by adding "or enter key words or phrases" to make users aware of all their options to support existing petitions.

Reduce the tendency towards many petitions each having just one 1 signature (rather than the reverse) by consolidating areas of concern into a single petition (or two to cover the opposing viewpoints).

Consolidation of existing e-petitions could be abused by those who sign every petition dealing with a topic they support (their signature would be added to the same petition many times) so I support the moderator composing a petition representing a common area of concern that is clearly identified as a MODERATOR’S E-PETITION that people might be pointed towards before choosing to sign or create other petitions.
