Tony Blair began a small reform in the hereditary aspect of the House of Lords. I believe that there should be further change.
1. To separate Church and State within the House of Lords.
2. For their to be no permanent seats within the House of Lords and a movement towards an entirely elected house.
3. No future for hereditary seats whatsoever.
