Paedophiles who try and perv on young children should be given by no means the death penalty. Teenage girls are mentally scarred by people who they have never seen in their life before and they ask them to go in their car. This has to be took very seriously,look at Ian Huntley, look at Tia Sharps grandfather, there are so many in this country and we need to get strict with the rules.
