Does anybody need to win £145 million pounds? Let's try and spread the wealth with new rules for winners of national and euromillions lotteries.
A maximum prize payout of 2 million per winner.
If jackpot exceed 2 million there should be multiple draws with jackpot of 2 million each draw.
So instead of 1 winner of £145 million there would be 72!
Whatevers left over could be rolled over to the next draw.
