I hope for support for this petition to Parliament for a Judicial Review of the decision to ditch Virgin Rail as franchiseewhen it has over 15 years successfully retained passenger support and seen the West Coast line through massive change and substantial growth, in favour of an alternative bidder whose promises unreasonably stretch credibility.
