To help deal with illegal immigration and the losses made by the NHS, all people being treated should be asked for their NI NUMBER, If they do not have one they should be reported and deported or made to pay for treatment in full or contribute. Only people that have a NI NUMBER and pay towards the NHS should be treated by the NHS!! What other business offers it's services for free?! This will deal with immigration, free up beds and resource and reduce the financial losses!!
