Petition IVF paients should have the same rights and protection as pregnant women under the empolyment law

Currently the law only states that pregnant women are allowed time off for appointments. but for people including myself who are unable to conveince a baby naturally. Don't have the same rights and are afraid to tell there empolyer that there going through IVF because of no protection against them. Ladies who are going through the IVF have to take more time off from than usually to go to appointments.
