Rejected petition Give Virgin Trains the West Coast Franchise. Not First Group!

Richard Branson and Virgin Trains have made a significant improvement to the UK train network. The British governement should take the best offer for the West Coast Franchise, which is not the offer tabled by the First Group. No disrespect to First Group but Virgin Trains have done a good job and have offered to do more for UK passengers.
