Virgin Trains deliver an excellent service on the west coast main line and have invested, modernized and rate high on customer satisfaction surveys. The majority of people who use the west coast main line do NOT want First group to take over the franchise as this company has both poor customer satisfaction and service levels, ask it's own passengers who have staged protests about the service. This e-petition is to STOP the franchise going from Virgin to First group.
