Isn't it time the Government stopped playing games with Half-truths and misleading Public statements and statistics about NHS Dentistry in England?
It isn't Nationally available to all 50million+ citizens
It isn't Health and Prevention based
It isn't a Service that is free to all regardless of income

NHS Dentistry still accounts for less than half of ALL dentistry spending in England.

It is time that Government acted by FIRST diagnosing publically that without doubling funding, NHS dentistry cannot meet everyone's clinical needs realistically.
Only then can it devise it's first ever National Dental Strategy, that takes the long-term view, transends artificial medical and social care barriers and synergises (rather than demonises) with Private dental options too, in the Public Interest overall.
We demand action now, not more patching up old problems and a reluctance to admit The Big Lie publically!
