Rejected petition Keep virgin rail as west coast rail provider

Following the announcement that Virgin Rail has lost the west coast rail franchise to First Group , many users feel that Virign provided a good service and managed to sustain a service for many years. There are concerns that First Group will deliver the promises given as part of the tendering process and even if they will manage to see out the term of the franchise . The department of transport should re-consider their decision .
