Rape victims are not given enough protection and infomation about their attacker(s) movements , where they live and even allowed to be approached by their own attacker(s) ,when they plead mentaly unfit to stand trail. Change needs to come to this legislation in the form of compulsory injunctions and contact from local authorities to let the victims know the area the offender is residing.
