We would ask the Prime Minister David Cameron to recognise that criminal prosecutions have become a state weapon against political activism in Russia.

In keeping with the British tradition of freedom of expression we would ask the Prime Minister to formally request Vladimir Putin to deliver a full pardon for the punk rock protesters 'Pussy Riot'.
