To improve the SOCA Child Rescue Alert if still in existence.
The tragic death of 12yr old Tia Sharp has shocked the nation.
Now when each child goes missing, there is fear in every parents heart for that child and their own children if living in the same location.
We feel that there are delays in the news media of any missing child, and some children are not even mentioned.
If it's believed that a child has runaway at first, this doesn't mean that they are safe, for every child that goes missing, their safety and welfare is in question from day one.
We believe that not only should the tv and radio broadcasts be interrupted with a missing child alert, of which we don't really see or hear, but also the public can have free subscription to receive sms text alerts with the details of the child from the day they go missing.
Every child has the right to be given early enough time to be found,
