My Guide Dog has been attacked twice in 5 weeks. Something needs to be done about this! The law need to be look at to stop dangerous dog owners getting away with this.
The law says it is not a crime for a dog to attack another dog! This must change. Attacks on Assistance Dogs by other dogs should be treated as an attack on the person !
