Closed birth and death certificates for all stillborn babies from 12 weeks to 34 weeks

for all stillborn babies to be given a proper birth and a death certificate from 12 weeks gestation to 34 weeks. and ban the entry of stillbirth certificates the home office says the entry of stillbirth uses that certificate for statistics on babys that have been born dead. they can still have the statistics if they gave the birth and death certificate the death certificate can state the baby was born dead and the birth certificates can state the baby was born and the name of the child and all the normal details for a baby born.
