We believe that the allocation of the 4G spectrum should be open to all carriers before the auction to allow fair competition. Ofcom are favouring Everything Everywhere, giving them an advantage and possibly leaving consumers of other companies at a technical disadvantage, that would affect more than the Telephone Companies themselves.
