It is common knowledge that the Government is removing 50% of all miners pensions investment surpluses, for a guarantee on a basic pension. this need protection against plundering on the investment reserve funds, there to back up deficits, not to act as a money cow to ensure Government have their 50% on their own table, and off the miners.
