Rejected petition Complain against lottery scam through mobile/sms/email

I am an unemployed pauper with zero bank balance from India. I think that I'm getting cheated in one of the lottery scam through sms. Since many of the these scam mails are from England, I want to raise this issue to you seriously; even when I have told the concerned parties that I'm a pauper, why did they exploit me financially? I'm sorry to ask this, is this a racial hatred or impression? Sorry once again.......I apologize to you. Please do the needful.

There are many scam lotteries operating at the moment and we urge you to be very cautious about responding to any notification that claims you have won a lottery that you have not entered.

If you have not entered a lottery you cannot win one. In this country, all legal lotteries require the purchase of a ticket (paper or electronic) with certain information about the lottery to be printed/displayed on it.

We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
