hi i have gone thought birth trauma myself and it was one of most upset memory i have i would love to see alot more help for women who had a hard time in birth or any type of labour it would be great if there was more midwifes to visit moms who being thought this and more helps like places you can go talk and also to would be get more information to moms to see what they can do to help them maybe have gp or midwifes or health vistor visit more often to mums who suffer trauma and to maybe set up more place where mums can talk about their birth and all the trauma so they dont feel so alone i know birthtrauma.co.uk help me alot and it amazing site which helps alot of mums and women
