Rejected petition Vehicle Excise Duty for bicycles

I would like the goverment to introduce Vehicle Excise Duty on all new bicycles.

All excise duties collected from sale of new bicycles to be ring fenced, money raised to be used for building/maintaining new bicycle only lanes or trails.

Bicycles designed for Children and with a wheels diameter of less than 30 cm to be exempt.
