i put it to you that rules and regulations and criteria for limited capability for work set out by job centre plus are unreasonable unattainable and loaded against the claiment so as to make it almost impossibleto claim it successfully or for any reasonable length of time such as not to cause undue stress ie: the criteria of having to have symptoms of illness 24 hrs a day 7 days a week without any variance is not only unattainable but is unrealistric in its entirity to expect a claiment to have absolutely no small variable change in symptoms ie degrees of pain temperature, tiredness etc also criteria of chewing hands in top pocket , etc Therefore i put it to you that these criteria be removed so as to give the claiment a fair and even chance of successfully meeting reasonable criteria instead of the criteria being loaded in such a manner as to favour j.c. plus
