I would like the Government to stop people coming here for free NHS treatment,Until such time that our own citizens receive the necessary treatment/operations they need I.E(. Cancer patients receiving medicine without the worry of cost) Medicines being withheld because of "the Postcode Lottery" etc.
Then and only then treat people from abroad, and only on the condition that they pay upfront and the money is cleared into an account operated by the NHS.
