Franchise agreements not being fulfilled are costing the tax payer hundreds of millions of pounds! The shambles with Virgin and FirstGroup over the west coast mainline is a prime example of the government not learning their lesson. Let's put a stop to this once and for all... We need to go back to go forward before its too late
