Closed legislate re fuel monopolies price control on motor, and home fuel costs

prices of all fuels fail to react in a balanced way and do not follow the wholesale price the energy suppliers pay. if price go up they react as soon as they can get away with the increase. when they go down they keep it artificially high for as long as they can. gov action to be. fuel and energy companies must publish the wholesale unit price they pay. respond to fluctions in a fairer way.
