I would like to see a legal document that all employees must sign saying that should they choose not to abide by the health and safety legislation and be involved in an accident that any payment that may have been made by the employer will be void this will save both time and money as our employers will no longer be worried about being sued and we would no longer have to walk around looking like lemons while at work.
