Closed No Road Tax on Older Vehicles

As the rolling 25 year exemption for Road Tax on vehicles was discontinued many years ago it should be time for some update to be carried out, if not 25+ years how about pre 1985. These part of our heritage most of which do few miles on a few days of the year. So if a new Fiat 500 is free why not these vehicles, they may not be fuel efficient but neither have they caused polution from their production for decades
