Overseas aid should be put on hold until the British
economy is back in the black and in any case countries
with a strong economy should not be receiving aid from a country with a financial deficit.Aid should not in any case
be in the form of cash donated to foreign governments or
bodies where it can be used to fund weapons ,forces or
swiss bank accounts of foreign leaders or despots .
