In view of Walsall Council's record in a number of areas,e.g. Children's services, Head plus Deputy exit after Ofsted review, Adult Care, Ombudsman declares maladministration and injustice and the Planning and Regeneration departments subject to another Ombudsman investigation which provisionally resulted in another maladministration and injustice charge. Who should go this time? What is going on? Is it time for a change at the top? Should we have a full public enquiry or judicial review?
