Petition Dont permit tmobile to have the sole rights to 4G network

Tmobile and are orange are 2 of the most complained about mobile networks according to figures published by OFCOM therefore giving everybody everywhere the owner of both these networks the sole rights to the new 4G network, which is unlikely to be in the interests of the public, and certainly offering a monopoly to companies that perform poorest and raise the concerns of the OFT regarding their merger threatining competioion in addition to this their practices of collection and cancellation are dubious to say the least why can't the companies that obviously offer a better customer service be given the same opportunity for example O2 and Vodafone, why will our choice be limited to the worst companies not the best.
