Petition Make gambling self-exclusion easier

In order to self-exclude on the high street you have to visit the establishments you wish to be excluded from, meaning that a gambling addict who is trying to stop is forced to go into the establishment where they are faced with the temptation of gambling and the embarrassment of asking for exclusion.
Online gambling is a different matter, some sites will let you exclude by simply e-mailing them or by telephoning them BUT there are hundreds if not thousands of online casino's, poker sites, bingo, skill gaming etc etc so the addicted person would never realistically exclude from them all but just end up excluding from one site then go to another when they get the urge to gamble.
I would like the government to propose a method of helping gambling addicts exclude from all gambling by say filling out one simple self exclusion form which will exclude them from gambling both online and on the high street.
