This E-petition is to try and get the department for transport to ban the act of resurfacing of roads by just laying tar and loose stones without rolling flat or sweeping up loose stones causing lack of grip on affected roads and expecting the flow of traffic to flatten the new surface for them , the reason giving by council "its cheaper" we pay enough tax that the roads should be repaired the proper way
