Petition CRB checks required for Riding Establishments Licence

I call upon the Government to change the Riding Establishments Act to include CRB checks on all people involved with the establishment before a licence is issued in order to safeguard the young persons, in particular, and any other vulnerable persons going to these establishments.
At present there is no call for any checks on anyone involved, and as everyone knows, they are regular places for our youngsters to go, and it is very easy for them to be preyed upon.
There is no protection for them at the moment and this needs to change, there is protection in plenty elsewhere, why not here?
