Referendum to set remuneration for members of parliament.

Members of parliament should receive £1,000,000 per annum.

The Prime Minister should receive £5,000,000 per annum.

Wages would be frozen for 10 years, with a 10% increase at the end of each period.

MP's would receive no other benefits, expenses or pension contributions from the state purse.

The increased spending on MP's wages would be taken from the foreign aid budget.
