Petition Unlicensed motorcycles

We call upon the Home Secretary to allow Police to pursue unlicensed motorcycles currently used with impunity on the roads without the fear of personal injury or compensation claims if the riders are killed or injured. The Amercian position of having waived your rights should apply in these cases. Two law abiding people have been killed by these vehicles in the last week in Liverpool alone. The law needs to be amemded.
