I have just found out about changes happening to Children's Bonus Bonds which affect the maturity date and thefore diminish the opportunity for my son to have a reasonable sum of money towards a house deposit on his 21st Birthday.

I have saved towards this to give him a good start in life and am DISGUSTED that this has happened mid way through the investment without any real explanation or forewarning.

Changes should be made for NEW investments from the start if there need to be changes.

If the Treasury make changes to one kind of investment, it is inevitable that others will occur.

Please support this petition to get the Government to STOP MAKING CHANGES MID WAY THROUGH INVESTMENTS.
