To simplify putting on outdoor music events with amplified music there is a need to remove an individuals ability to overrule the majority.

If the majority of local residents have no issues then the license should be granted.

Local residents should be defined as those people who live within a one mile radius of the event.

This will give more opportunity to musicians trying to build up followings and contribute to the creativity this country has been renowned for.
