We the undersigned demand that the Honours Committee strip Sir Irvine Patnick of his knighthood for bringing the Honours system into disrepute for the lies he fabricated and the shameful & disgusting behaviour in the unjust, untrue & unsubstantiated lies he told about the behaviour of Liverpool Football Club Fans at the Hillsborough tradegy in 1989.
