Closed Pulse Oximetry Test for all Newborns in UK hospitals

The Pulse Oximeter is attached to the newborns finger during routine checks and it measures the level of Oxygen in the blood.

This inexpensive, quick and non-invasive test saved my daughters life. Had I have given birth to her in a different hospital the out come would have been completely different. As it currently stands, many families will not be as lucky.
