The government have now decided to make people downsize in their council or housing association properties by making them pay for extra rooms that are not occupied.... This includes the elderly, the young, and severely ill people..... People who have lived in their properties for 20+ years and have watched their children and grandchildren grow up and flourish in a place they call home!
