1. RAD should be a statementable condition on the same lines as ADHD and autism. 

2. Family law should be changed so that children with RAD get support for their families. 

3. There should be a nationally register of approved therapists for RAD.

 4. There should be a funding package for families to draw down when a child has been diagnosed with RAD. 

5. RAD should be part of the training for Social Workers and teachers.
