Rejected petition Bring back the Death Penalty for child abusers/murderers

There is far to much child abuse/murder going on without being punished to the full extent.All these people are getting are a slap on the wrist to then be released back into the community for further contact with children. There is no greater crime than a child being murdered or abused and i feel that the death penalty needs to b re-instated for these henious crimes.
