It is morally wrong that MPs can sit and laud it over the population regarding how much easier it will be to be hired and fired by employers, for those MPs not to be subject to the same rules when it comes to their own performance levels. The people MUST be allowed to exercise their right to dispose of the services of their employee in Parliament when his or her performance does not meet the expectations of the employer.
