Petition for a Fishing Rod Licence Holiday whereby the government will allow anyone to fish without a Environment agency rod licence for one weekend a year (possibly August bank holiday weekend) this is to promote participation in Angling for new starters and infrequent Anglers and help the industry gain in popularity.
