The Government should show it's disfavour with all countries where their press has published topless pictures of the Royal family, especially after Prince Willian has so emoticianally expressed his position. Any publication doing so has No excuse. The offence caused to the British people being somewhat greater by those countiries that the British Government has tired to assist in thier financial difficulties.
